Info on prices and general conditions

  • Prices are quoted in euros per person per day on a half-board basis, excluding drinks.

  • Discount for bed and breakfast: 10% off.

  • For stays of one or two nights, a 10% surcharge applies per person per day.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all communal areas.


  • Half-board includes

 Buffet breakfast with home-made cakes and regional products.
    Dinner with 3-course menu, rich starter buffet, fresh and grilled vegetables.
    Thursday: gourmet dinner with selected local Ladin specialities.

  • Services included:
  • Wellness area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath, infrared and ice waterfall included in the price.
  • Daily room cleaning.
  • Free outdoor car park.
  • Free WI-FI connection.
  • Wellness bag with bathrobe and slippers.
  • South Tyrol guest pass.
  • Summer:
  • Daily guided tour programme with road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes and hiking tours
  • Bicycle storage room.
  • Winter:
  • Heated ski room with boot warmers and video surveillance.
  • Reduction for children / extra beds:

    The following reductions, which cannot be combined with other promotions, are applied when staying in the same room with an additional third bed, together with two paying adults:

  •    Children from 0 to 3 years of age:- 60%
  •    Children from 4 to 7 years:- 40%
  •    Children from 8 to 12 years of age: - 30%

         

  • Supplements:
  • The local tourist tax of 3,00 €/person/day for guests 14 years and older will be added to the indicated prices. The sojourn tax is paid upon departure and is specified on the invoice for the stay with its own wording.
  • Double room for single use: +30%.
  • Pets not admitted
  • Outdoor parking with the possibility, on request, of indoor parking in Corvara 2 km away, at the price of € 10.00 per day.
  • Electric car charging (not included)
  • Arrivals and departures:
  • Rooms are reserved from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival; check-in must be completed by 8.00 pm; dinner is served no later than 9.00 pm; and check-out is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
  • Check-ins scheduled before or after the usual times must be requested in advance; in such cases, supplements may be applied to the room rate.
  • Reservation guarantee:
  •  The reservation is considered binding after receipt of the agreed deposit and our written confirmation.

  • Payment method:
  • The bill for your stay can be paid with:
  • Cash for total amounts of your stay of less than € 2,000.00. For larger amounts or for the difference the balance must be paid by credit card, cheque or advance transfer (excluding guests from non-European countries such as Russia and Switzerland, for whom larger cash amounts are permitted).
  • Bank transfer (in this case the balance must be paid before your arrival).
  • Cheque (in this case please cash the cheque no later than the day after arrival).
  • Credit card.

Cancellation condition:

  • In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained.                      
  • In case of cancellation within 60-30 days prior to arrival 50% will be retained.
  • Less than 30 days up to 8 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged.
  • Less than 8 days prior to arrival, late arrivals, fewer guests, early departures or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival of your trip.
